Which property investment strategy is best for me?

There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to property investment and as such, it’s critical to understand your own investor profile. This includes your goals, financial position, risk profile, timeframes and also the stage of your lifecycle, ie. that is are you close to retirement, making everyday cash flow of great importance? Or are you a young professional whose aim is more likely capital growth and equity gain? Once this is taken into consideration there are various strategies to consider as well. Some of these strategies include off-the-plan, house and land, cash flow, development, renovations, as well as different property classes such as residential and commercial. It is likely that one of these may align better to your profile and goals than others.
