Such an invaluable service for finding and buying properties. My husband and I were recommended Sound Property and were not disappointed. As first time home buyers, the property minefield was incredible daunting. All we were sure of was that we wanted to get into the market and we were interested in buying in the Sunshine Coast, an area we were not familiar with. Andrew assisted us through the entire process from; suggesting suburbs where our investment would grow, finding a great selection of properties and liaising with the real estate to secure us the best deal. One of our main requirements was to have a lot of the basics explained in detail as this was our first investment property, and therefore our knowledge on the matter was very limited. Jamie and Andrew were ultimately patient with us and incredibly generous with their time and knowledge and at no time did I feel the numerous questions we asked were silly - although I'm sure they were in hindsight - which was a key for us to get comfort in this process. Communication was outstanding. From day one we had direct access to knowledgeable people who returned calls, took the time to ensure we had comfort, and got involved in every part of the process. Given I am busy during work hours, I was initially concerned I wouldn't have time to manage this process effectively, however, the Sound team did most of the leg work and just kept me posted on key information when I needed it. So far the transaction with Sound Property has been as smooth and straight forward as one could hope property and the property has been tenanted since shortly after it went to market - what more could I ask for. It should be noted that the property manager recommended by Sound Group who managed the listing and the rental of my property - Image Group - has been just as impressive as Sound Group and are an excellent complimentary business to make this a truly end-to-end service. It's great doing business with a company that understand the market, has employees can explain the entire process in exhaustive detail the, and are happy to take the time to give you the attention needed to make money investing in property. Would recommend Sound to anyone interested in knowing more or on the verge of making an investment in real-estate.
